A bit more about me ..
Since I can remember I have always been in love with the written word and the impact it has on meaning, emotions and actions.
During my early career in business development I built relationships with clients and learnt the importance of effective written communication for lead conversion. When I moved to Miami in 2020 I was ready for a change and landed a client success role at a reputable social media marketing agency. I went over a steep learning curve in all digital marketing (another big love!) and helped dozens of entrepreneurs grow via online strategies. With my love or the written word and everything online marketing, and the desire to become a copywriter felt natural to me!I live in Miami with my amazing blended family, my two girls, my partner and his two boys and our adored (yeah, over the top) Goldendoodle Nala.
We (all 6) spent our last Christmas in New York City and the kids had fun strolling around Central Park. Traveling and seeing new places is at the top of my joys.
I love launches. There is something exciting about bringing a new offer, service or brand from the unknown to the real world.
I am originally from Nicaragua and I worked attracting direct foreign investment to the country, and later at a higher education institution (my Alma Mater where I got my MBA). I also worked at a non-profit organization that supported women entrepreneurs.
I traveled to Spain (Madrid/ Toledo/ Segovia/Barcelona) with my daughter and 30 of her elementary school friends and their parents. It was unforgettable. Still think about that amazing Paella :)
I love to attend live performances (theater, dance, music). There is something in watching people perform at their peak that inspires me deeply.
